How it works:
Clients and Carriers may request freight bill payment information
at our website 24/7 and receive an Email response within a few
minutes when requests are submitted between the hours of 9:00am
and 5:00pm est Monday through Friday. Requests submitted prior to 9:00am
are processed at 9:00am. Requests submitted after 5:00pm are processed
at 9:00am the next morning. Our payment information
is updated daily.
How to
submit a request:
Enter the carrier pro-numbers of the freight bills you are inquiring about, then submit your request. That's it.
A payment status report will be emailed to you.
